All orders will receive an order confirmation and tracking email. Should you wish to insure your order, please contact us prior to placing your order online.
All retail orders placed before 12.00 PM Australian Eastern Standard Time are shipped on the following business day including after weekends or public holidays.
Wholesale orders will be shipped the following business day. For our Australian customers, please note that Australia Post is currently still working through local network congestion so we recommend you choose Express Post if possible to avoid potential delays and subsequent disappointment.
We cannot guarantee freight times. Once your order has left our premises and is in the hands of Australia Post, we no longer have control over its delivery. In the unfortunate case of a late or missing order we cannot be held responsible but are more than willing to launch an investigation into locating the missing order. In almost all cases these parcels are delivered to the intended recipient eventually. So, please do not hesitate to contact us if your order has not turned up after at least 10 business days and we will check all details and launch an investigation for you.
